Refund policy
Store Credit will be given on Returns.
- We are a small business with high fees on all Credit Card transactions. We would ask that you only seek a refund or exchange when necessary.
- Defective perishable item(s) must be reported within 14 days of purchase.
- Defective Non perishable item(s) must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
- We do NOT accept returns on food, treats, supplements, or chewed toys unless the item(s) is defective.
- Item(s) must be in ORIGINAL, SELLABLE CONDITION and have all original tags and product packaging, if you are seeking a replacement of non defective item(s).
- Item(s) must be clean and contain NO pet hair.
- Special Orders of item(s) we don’t regularly stock will NOT be refunded or exchanged.
- FREE item(s) earned through frequent buyer program will NOT be refunded or exchanged.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY TOY OR CHEW! Always supervise your pets with new toys and chews. No dog or breed plays or chews the same and you should shop according to your dog's personal behavior.
